How website enquiries are handled
When you submit the enquiry form on our website, the details you enter — including your first and last name, phone number, email address and message — are transmitted to FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service.
FormSubmit processes the submission and forwards it to Fraser Build Co. at enquiries@fraserbuild.co.uk so that we can review and respond to your enquiry.
FormSubmit states that it may retain form submissions for up to 30 days. After an enquiry reaches us, Fraser Build Co. keeps it in line with the retention period set out below. You can read more in the FormSubmit documentation.
