No drainage solution suits every property. Soakaway performance depends on ground conditions and available space, while discharge routes and permissions may affect the design. We confirm the practical approach after assessing the site.

Can you help with a garden that holds water?
Yes. We can inspect the levels and existing drainage, then discuss realistic improvements. The right answer may involve regrading, channels, pipework, a suitable soakaway or a combination of measures.
Do all properties suit a soakaway?
No. Soil type, groundwater, distance from buildings and the available area all matter. Testing or specialist design may be needed before a soakaway can be recommended.
Do you undertake paving and landscaping as well?
Yes. We carry out the groundwork and hard-landscaping elements of patios, paths, retaining beds, fencing and related garden improvements.
